Prayer for more laborers.

  1. Prayer for God to Raise Up Laborers
    Father, in Jesus’ name, we ask You to raise up laborers for Your harvest. Stir the hearts of men and women to respond to Your call and equip them for the work of the ministry.
    Bible Promise: “Then He said to His disciples, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.'” (Matthew 9:37-38)
  2. Prayer for Willing and Obedient Hearts
    Lord, we pray for willing and obedient hearts among Your people. Let them surrender to Your call and go wherever You lead to share the Gospel and serve Your kingdom.
    Bible Promise: “If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.” (Isaiah 1:19)
  3. Prayer for Laborers with Compassion
    Father, we ask for laborers filled with Your compassion, who will see the needs of the lost and minister with love, grace, and truth, just as Jesus did.
    Bible Promise: “When He saw the crowds, He had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.” (Matthew 9:36)
  4. Prayer for Boldness and Courage
    Lord, we pray that You raise up laborers who are bold and courageous, unafraid to speak the truth of the Gospel in love, even in the face of opposition.
    Bible Promise: “And now, Lord, look upon their threats and grant to Your servants to continue to speak Your word with all boldness.” (Acts 4:29)
  5. Prayer for the Equipping of Laborers
    Father, we pray that You equip every laborer with the spiritual gifts, knowledge, and wisdom needed to fulfill their calling and bring in the harvest.
    Bible Promise: “Now may the God of peace… equip you with everything good that you may do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight.” (Hebrews 13:20-21)
  6. Prayer for Laborers to Be Strengthened
    Lord, strengthen laborers in their work. Renew their energy, provide for their needs, and protect them from discouragement as they labor for Your kingdom.
    Bible Promise: “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” (Galatians 6:9)
  7. Prayer for Laborers to Be Sent into the World
    Father, we pray that You send laborers into every part of the world, including unreached people groups, so that all may hear the good news of Jesus Christ.
    Bible Promise: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” (Romans 10:15)
